Yes, in addition to the bathrooms available in the lunch area, you will have two additional opportunities to use the bathroom: one before boarding and one after leaving Bayahibe.

If for any reason you are unable to participate in the excursion despite having made a reservation, we would appreciate it if you would let us know before 12:00 noon on the day before the activity. This way, we can offer you the option of rescheduling your reservation for another day or refunding you 10% of the fee. If we do not receive your notification before the deadline, unfortunately we will not be able to make any refunds.

If due to weather or unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel the excursion, we guarantee a full refund of the reservation fee if we cannot find a new date that fits your vacation period.
